covenants
- Reviewing collateral

also include an engineering evaluation of items such
as:
- Contractors schedules
- Quality of contractors/subcontractors
- Identification and
quantification of contractor risks to the owners/lenders
- Material cost projections
- Engineering and construction
assumptions

has a much greater impact than the general trends of
labor, materials, etc.
